This section describes a claim made inside the film. It is not a claim about the real world. Nothing here has been verified, and in the story, nobody is ever able to verify it either.

The protocol claims
that whoever completes the run gains access to the fragment and to whatever it points at — and that the production has no further knowledge of what that is.
According to an encrypted fragment
there exists a wallet with no recorded owner, designed to be opened by a formula rather than by a key held anywhere.
If the message is authentic
the formula would combine quantum computation, cryptography, human behaviour, machine learning and data generated during a single run. If it is not, it is the most elegant forgery anyone in the film has ever seen.
No claim is made about the identity, intentions or holdings of Satoshi Nakamoto. The encrypted fragment, the reward and the puzzle are narrative devices written for this film.
